We are aware that sometimes, people have to handle very important, sensitive information that must remain private, from vendor contact information to financial statements. Our customizable contract emphasizes in your confidentiality and protection. We also sign NDAs with all of our employees.

This is a tailor-made service, so everything is negotiable. We offer everything from on-demand (hourly rate) services, to full-time positions. Usually, our personnel works full-time, which is equivalent to 40 hours of work per week.

We are confident that we can find the best talent for each company and their needs, and understand that, in particular cases, those needs are not only quite difficult to meet, but also expensive. For this reason, we offer high quality professionals at the best cost.

On demand:
  • 1 – 10 hours a week: starting at $20 per hour.
  • 10 – 19 hours a week: starting at $18 per hour.
On demand:
  • Part-time: starting at $1,250 per month.
  • Full-time: starting at $2,500 per month.

No. The agreed fees will cover all fees and legal benefits for the outsourced staff. They will be hired directly by our company, and we will be responsible for all legal payments required under Colombian labor law, such as medical insurance, social security, etc.

From contract signing, the outsourced staff will form part of your company. They will have the same schedules and working hours that your own employees have. If, for any reason, they need to work in a different schedule (i.e. night shifts), we will need to be informed beforehand.

Onboarding is one of the key elements to our success. We take it very seriously, and have designed thorough training for all candidates, regardless of whether the candidate has sufficient expertise in the field, they must all go through this training. The process will take between 15 and 30 days, on our end, depending on the candidate’s background and experience. Training and onboarding covers topics from technology (e.g. Plunet, XTRF) to processes. Then it will be you who decides how much additional time the candidate will need to be trained at your company.

We have developed a 10-module training program that includes topics such as: vendor and quality management, CAT tools, DTP, and TMS use, to mention a few.

We have developed an exhaustive recruitment process that goes beyond a simple interview, and includes the application of various tests and case studies, which guarantee that only the best talent can work with us.

All recruited talent will be located in our offices in Colombia. They will work remotely, and we will provide everything necessary to facilitate the process. Our offices are equipped with the latest technology, so as to guarantee that optimal service can be delivered.

No, there are no specific technological requirements for you to access the service. We will provide the candidate with a laptop and high-speed internet access. If you need the candidate to be connected to a specific platform, system, or VPN we are open to this.

Yes, they are. In fact, they are native Spanish speakers, and in some cases, are also proficient in other languages, such as French, Portuguese, German, and Chinese.

Since the outsourced personnel will work as one of your employees, they will work with the same holiday calendar that you do. In order to compensate the difference between Colombian and American holidays, certain days off will be arranged with the candidate.

We have created a number of instruments to guarantee that candidate performance is consistently measured. We are always eager to improve our services. Therefore, constant feedback is provided, and periodic follow ups will be scheduled with the staffing services manager.

As this is a tailor-made program, we follow these steps to guarantee we deliver the best possible talent and fit for you:

  • Screening / assessment meeting (phone or skype) in which we gather critical information about your needs and expectations, as well as clarifying any question you may have. This will take 30 minutes.
  • Our highly trained recruiters will use that screening to look for candidates that will best serve your needs. To ensure that, we have designed a very rigorous process that includes interviews, language tests (both oral and written) and a problem-solving study case among the steps.
  • We will send you blind CVs and the results of the recruiting process for your review and consideration. You will have the opportunity to interview the candidates and approve them at this point.
  • As part of the onboarding process with the selected candidate, we will use a 10 module Localization Project Manager Course we have developed in association with a current faculty member of the Middlebury Institute of International Studies (MIIS). This Onboarding process will require at least two weeks.
  • The selected candidate will be ready after this to start the training and onboarding process that you use internally, and at this point he/she will work as your employee. Schedules and shifts will be for you to determine.

Yes, you can. In fact, we will provide you a few blind CV of our recruited candidates after they have approved our recruitment process. At this point, if you want, we will schedule interviews with the candidates prior to make a decision.

Yes, they will act as contractor on your end and we will take care of every legal expenses such as Social Security and medical insurance. This means that, even though, they will not be directly hired by you, they will be one of your employees and work under same schedule and the same rules than every other employee in your company.
